-החלפות

יש לנו מדיניות החלפות של 14 יום, נשמח להציע לך תכשיט אחר במקומו בשווי התכשיט.

צרי איתנו קשר אם ברצונך להחליף את הפריט שלך

כדי להיות זכאית להחלפה, הפריט שלך חייב להיות באותו מצב שקיבלת אותו, לא בלוי או לא בשימוש ובאריזה המקורית שלו

נזדקק גם לקבלה או להוכחת הרכישה

לאחר שנקבל את הפריט שלך נשלח אליך את הפריט המבוקש החדש

-החזר כספי

יינתן תוך 2 ימי עסקים מרגע קבלת התכשיט. בניכוי דמי ביטול בשווי 5% מערך העסקה או 100 ש"ח (הנמוך מבניהם)

*לא תקף לתכשיטים בעיצוב אישי או תכשיט בשווי מעל 3,000 ש"ח*

*משלוח חוזר של התכשיט לחנות/סטודיו במקרה של החזר או החלפה יעשה על חשבונו של הלקוח*

-החזרות

אנו נודיע לך לאחר שקיבלנו ונבדוק את החזרתך וניידע אותך אם ההחזר אושר או לא

אם יאושר, יוחזר לך באופן אוטומטי אל אמצעי התשלום המקורי שלך. זכור שזה יכול לקחת עד 14 ימי עסקים עד שהבנק או חברת כרטיסי האשראי שלך ויאשרו את ההחזר

על מנת להיות זכאים להחזר, הפריט צריך להיות באותו מצב בו התקבל, לא נעשה שימוש וענידה ובאריזתו המקורית

אנא בדקי את הזמנתך עם קבלת המוצר וצרי איתנו קשר באופן מידי אם הפריט פגום או אם קיבלת את הפריט הלא נכון, כדי שנוכל להעריך את הנושא ולתקן אותו

-חריגים / פריטים שאינם ניתנים להחזרה

אנו לא מקבלים החזרות/החלפות על הזמנות בהתאמה אישית או תכשיטים בשווי ומעל 3000 ש"ח

  אין החזרה/החלפה על תכשיטים עם חריטה אישית /שרשרת באורך מיוחד / תכשיט עם שינוי בהתאמה אישית 

Refund/Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price, or 100 NIS, (the lower between the two) will be deducted from the refund amount.

*Does not apply to custom jewelry.
*Return shipping of jewelry to the store in case of return or exchange will be done at the Customer's expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return of the item is the customer's responsibility. You may bring the item to one of our studios by appointment, or request a messenger to return your item at a cost of 35 ILS each direction.
To start a return, you can contact us at collectionsignet@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on customized orders and items over 3000 ILS

Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy. Contact us if you would like to exchange your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
After we receive your item we will send the new requested item to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
